How to apply for jobs

Applying to hospitality roles on Tavro, including Quick Apply for complete profiles.

You can apply to any role in one click if your profile is complete.

Standard apply

Open a job, click Apply. Add a short note about why you'd suit the role, then submit. The employer gets an email and sees you in their Applications dashboard.

Quick Apply

If your profile is at least 80% complete, you'll see a Quick Apply button on eligible listings. One click, no cover note — the employer sees your full profile immediately.

Quick Apply is faster because your profile already answers the questions a cover note would. Certifications, availability, work rights, experience — all structured, all visible.

What "complete profile" means

  • Photo
  • Full name and location
  • At least one role and experience
  • At least one certification (RSA, RSG, etc.) if relevant
  • Availability set for at least a few shifts
  • Career timeline with at least one previous role

Check your Dashboard → Completion Score to see what's left.

After you apply

  • You'll see the job in Dashboard → My Applications with status
  • If the employer moves you to Shortlisted, you'll get an email
  • You can message the employer directly through the platform
