Join our busy Manly café where your espresso skills and customer service excellence will shine. We're seeking an experienced barista to become part of a talented team in one of Sydney's most vibrant beachside locations.

What you'll do

• Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees with consistency and care
• Operate our coffee machine and grinder with precision, maintaining equipment standards daily
• Deliver friendly, efficient service during peak periods whilst managing a fast-paced environment
• Serve coffee and pastry on busy services with attitude and knowledge
• Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
• Contribute to a clean, organised workspace that meets health and safety standards
• Support the team with opening or closing duties as rostered

What we're looking for

You'll have demonstrated barista experience (ideally 2+ years), with a strong understanding of coffee preparation, milk steaming, and espresso extraction. You're quick on your feet, work well under pressure, and genuinely enjoy engaging with customers.
