About the Role

We're seeking a wait staff member with natural leadership qualities to deliver outstanding customer experiences and mentor our team. You'll work full-time in a dynamic venue where your expertise and professionalism directly shape how our guests experience us.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, efficient table service whilst maintaining our high hospitality standards
• Lead by example on the floor, supporting junior staff and ensuring consistent service quality
• Train and mentor wait staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer engagement
• Manage table turnover strategically during peak service, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating when necessary
• Contribute to a positive team culture and represent our venue's values daily

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–4 years' front-of-house experience in a busy hospitality setting
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience with wait staff or junior team members
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Food Safety certifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm during high-pressure service
• Genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
