The Opportunity

Join our bustling Dulwich Hill café and become part of a team that takes coffee seriously. We're looking for a passionate barista who loves crafting quality espresso drinks and creating a welcoming space for our regulars and newcomers alike.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and other beverages to a consistent high standard
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Take orders, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient service during busy periods
• Engage with customers, remember regulars' orders, and contribute to a warm café atmosphere
• Stock supplies, maintain cleanliness throughout the café, and follow food safety practices
• Support the team during peak service and help with closing duties

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have some barista experience and a genuine passion for coffee—but we're willing to train the right person. What matters most is your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to stay calm when things get hectic.

Desirable: Experience with specialty coffee, latte art, or training in coffee preparation. A friendly demeanor and genuine interest in customer service.
