Join our busy Gymea café where you'll craft quality coffee for regulars who know the difference and create the perfect start to their day. We're looking for an experienced barista who takes pride in every shot and enjoys building genuine connections with customers.

What you'll do

• Pull espresso shots, steam milk, and prepare specialty coffee drinks to consistent, high standards
• Operate and maintain café equipment, including grinders and espresso machines, keeping everything clean and performing optimally
• Take customer orders, manage the till, and deliver friendly, efficient service during peak and quiet periods
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and support café operations

What we're looking for

You'll have barista experience in a similar café environment and a genuine passion for coffee. We need someone with strong attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy service.

**Essential:**RSA qualification (or willingness to obtain one). Reliable, punctual, and able to work at least one day of weekends and public holidays as required.
