What You'll Do

• Run food and beverages from kitchen to table with speed and attention to detail
• Clear tables promptly and maintain a clean, welcoming dining space throughout service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report any issues to management
• Support the wider team during peak periods, including restocking and table resets
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times

What We're After

You'll ideally have some hospitality floor experience, though we're keen to train the right junior candidate with genuine enthusiasm. RSA certification is essential for candidate over 18. You're reliable, physically capable of standing for full shifts, and genuinely keen to deliver good service. You work well under pressure, take direction well, and don't mind being part of a tight-knit team during busy nights.
