**The Opportunity**
Be the first point of contact for our guests and set the tone for their stay. This is your chance to deliver exceptional service whilst building genuine connections with visitors from around Australia and the world.
**What You'll Do**
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently whilst answering queries about facilities and local attractions
- Process bookings, payments, and amendments using our property management system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, problem-solving creatively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain a clean, organised reception area and manage administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and reporting
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote hotel services and local experiences to enhance guest stays and drive additional revenue opportunities
**Who We're Looking For**
You're a natural communicator with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. You've got solid customer service experience (ideally in hotels or similar venues), excellent organisational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Computer literacy is essential, and experience with property management systems is a plus. You're reliable, punctual, and take pride in presenting yourself professionally. An RSA is beneficial if you'll be handling bar duties.
