Are you a versatile hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced café & bar environment? We're looking for an energetic all-rounder to join our busy Mosman venue and help us deliver great service every shift.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to our exacting standards
• Take customer orders efficiently, process payments, and manage the till with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the café & bar, including the service area, kitchen, and customer spaces
• Assist with opening and closing duties, stock rotation, and basic inventory management
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth service during peak periods

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have some café or hospitality experience, though we're willing to train the right person. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in customer service are essential. We need someone reliable, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Desirable qualifications:

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) if the venue trades alcohol
• Barista experience or equivalent coffee knowledge would be handy but not necessary
• Bar experience required

You should be flexible with rostering, including weekends and public holidays, and comfortable working in a team environment with a can-do attitude.
