Experienced Barista – Normanhurst

Are you a skilled barista ready to perfect your craft in a welcoming café environment? We're looking for someone who takes pride in every coffee and builds genuine connections with our regulars.

What you'll do

• Craft consistently excellent specialty coffees to our exacting standards
• Operate our coffee machine and grinder with confidence, maintaining equipment daily
• Take orders efficiently, remember customer preferences, and deliver exceptional service during peak and quiet periods
• Prepare food items and manage the till accurately whilst maintaining a fast-paced service rhythm
• Keep the café clean, organised, and stocked throughout your shift
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic and help train newer staff members when needed

What we're looking for

You'll have solid barista experience (ideally 2+ years) and a genuine passion for coffee quality. We need someone with excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure. You should be comfortable on your feet for extended periods and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
