Experienced waitstaff

Gladiatori Osteria Romana in Freshwater is looking for an energetic and reliable casual waitstaff to join our team.

Requirements: • Fluent English • Valid RSA • Fast-paced and proactive attitude • Able to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant • Around 1 year of hospitality experience preferred, but we’re happy to consider the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Shifts: • Friday & Saturday evenings (guaranteed) • Approximately 6–8 hours per week • 5:30 pm – around 9:00–9:30 pm • Additional weekday shifts may be available when needed.
