Experienced Waitstaff

Gladiatori Osteria Romana is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable part-time waiter/waitress to join our team in Freshwater. We are a busy Italian restaurant, especially on weekends, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and always provides excellent customer service. About the role: • Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) • Wednesday to Sunday • Evening shifts, typically from 5:00/6:00 pm until 9:30/10:00 pm • Additional hours may be available during busy periods. Requirements: • Fluent English • Valid NSW RSA • Around 1 year of hospitality experience preferred • Positive attitude, reliable and proactive • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team What you’ll be doing: • Greeting and serving customers • Taking food and beverage orders • Running food and drinks • Clearing and resetting tables • Delivering excellent customer service If you’re looking to join a friendly and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
