Front of House

We’re after a friendly, switched-on front of house team member to keep our counter moving and our customers happy during busy service.

What you’ll do: • Greet customers and take orders at the counter and over the phone • Serve slices and whole pies fast and accurately • Handle POS, payments, and manage the order queue • Keep the front area, drinks, and display clean and well-stocked • Manage pickups, deliveries, and online orders during peak times • Answer questions on the menu and upsell where natural

What we’re looking for: • Great communication and a genuine, upbeat manner • Ability to stay calm and organised when there’s a queue out the door • Fast, accurate cash and POS handling • Reliable and available for evenings and late nights and weekends • Previous hospitality or retail experience a bonus
