Front of House Staff (All-rounder) Are you a personable, adaptable hospitality professional ready to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment? What you'll do - Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and prepare beverages with care and consistency - Manage the till, process payments accurately, and handle cash responsibly - Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and inviting dining space - Assist with food preparation and plating where needed, following food safety protocols - Engage with regulars and new customers alike, building rapport and encouraging repeat visits - Support the team during peak periods and help with opening or closing duties as rostered What we're looking for You'll have prior café or hospitality experience and a genuine passion for customer service. We need someone reliable, organised, and comfortable multitasking under pressure. Your communication skills should be strong—you're the face of our venue, and we want guests to feel welcomed. A willingness to learn, flexibility with your schedule, and a positive attitude matter more than perfectio.
