Join our dynamic Crows Nest restaurant where you'll lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.

• Lead and mentor junior waitstaff, setting service standards and supporting their development
• Manage floor operations during service, including seating, table management, and timing coordination
• Take orders, make knowledgeable recommendations, and serve food and beverages with professionalism
• Build rapport with guests, handle special requests, and resolve any service issues with tact and problem-solving
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient service

What we're looking for You'll have solid experience in hospitality, ideally in a senior or supervisory waitstaff role. You're organised, composed under pressure, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people. Strong knowledge of menu items, wine, and beverage pairings is valuable. You'll need current RSA and Food Safety certifications, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Most importantly, you're reliable, take initiative, and lead by example—your positive attitude and work ethic set the tone for the team.
