How to reach us

Response times during private beta

  • General questions — within 24 hours
  • Bugs or account issues — within 4 hours during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM AEST, Mon–Fri)
  • Reports of unsafe behaviour — within 4 hours during business hours

If you don't hear back in that window, check your spam folder (our replies come from noreply@tavro.com.au or hello@tavro.com.au) and reply to bump the thread.

What to include when you email us

The more you tell us, the faster we can help:

  • The email address you registered with
  • What you were trying to do
  • What actually happened
  • Screenshots if you can (drag and drop into the email)

What we can't help with

  • Legal advice about employment contracts
  • Immigration or visa questions (contact the Department of Home Affairs)
  • Award rate disputes (contact the Fair Work Ombudsman — 13 13 94)
