You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account.
How it works
- You confirm the deletion. Straight away, your name, phone and suburb are wiped and you can no longer sign in — the account is closed the moment you press it.
- The rest — your applications, messages, listings and uploaded files — is permanently removed within 30 days.
There is no undo. Deleting is immediate and can't be reversed, so if you want a copy of anything — a message thread, your application history — save it before you confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and personal details
- Job listings you posted (if employer)
- Applications you submitted (if worker)
- Messages between you and other people
- Uploaded files (avatar, CV, portfolio photos, venue photos)
What stays
- Aggregate pay data behind our public salary figures — pseudonymised, with no name, email or contact details attached to it.
- Encrypted backups for a short period after the purge, then destroyed.
