Applications land in Dashboard → Applications. Here's what to do with them.
The pipeline
Every application starts as Applied. As you review them, move them through:
- Applied → new application, not yet reviewed
- Shortlisted → worth interviewing
- Interviewed → you've spoken to them
- Hired → they got the role
- Rejected → not a fit
Pass tells them. When you press it, the worker's row changes to Not progressing and they get a short, straight email — no reply to write, no awkward call. It's the one thing this trade almost never does, and it's a large part of why people apply here, so use it rather than leaving an application to go quiet.
What you see on each applicant
- Certifications they've declared (RSA, RCG, Food Safety Supervisor, etc.) — with the expiry date they entered. Declared, not checked, so ask to see the card.
- Work rights and visa type
- Weekly availability (day + shift grid)
- Career timeline
- References (contact-gated — you can request access)
Messaging
Click Message on any applicant. Full messaging thread lives in the platform. Read receipts show when messages have been seen.
We don't share worker phone numbers or emails directly — for privacy. If a worker consents in the chat, they can share their phone with you.
Response rate matters
If you respond to applications within 48 hours, we mark you as a Fast Responder on your venue profile. Workers see this and apply to you more often.
