Venue Manager/Supervisor

Bridges Pizza Tapas Bar in Paradise Point is seeking an experienced Venue Manager/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Located on The Esplanade, we're a busy local establishment specialising in pizzas, tapas, and cocktails.

You'll lead our operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout service. This role requires previous experience in a similar management position, combined with strong motivation and proven leadership capabilities.

You must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy hospitality setting.

The venue operates Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm, requiring availability across these trading days.

This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary package. We're looking for someone ready to contribute to our fun team culture and help deliver outstanding experiences to our guests.
