Forgot your password
- Go to the login page and click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you registered with
- You'll get a reset link within a minute or two — click it and set a new password
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and search for "Tavro". Reset links expire after one hour — request a new one if needed.
Signed up with Google
If you registered using Continue with Google, you don't have a password on Tavro at all. Just click Continue with Google again on the login page.
If you want to add a password to a Google-registered account, use the Forgot password? flow — it'll let you set one.
Changing your email
Go to Settings → Change Email. You'll get a verification link at the new address. Click it to confirm the change. Your old email keeps working for sign-in until the change is confirmed.
Can't sign in at all
- Confirm you're using the right email (not a typo, not a work vs personal address)
- Try the Forgot password? flow — this works even if you don't remember your password
- Clear cookies for
tavro.com.auand try again - Still stuck? Email hello@tavro.com.au with the email address you registered with
Logging out from all devices
Settings → Security → Log out of all sessions. This ends every active login except the current one. Useful if you signed in on someone else's device or suspect a compromised session.
